Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and sanitize food preparation areas, equipment, and utensils according to departmental procedures.
  • Perform basic food preparation tasks as directed by supervisors.

Requirements:
  • Grade education and current FoodSafe Certification Level 1 and WHIMIS certification.
  • Six months of work experience in Food and Beverage operations, including three months of physically demanding, manual labor experience.
  • Must be physically fit and able to work in a hot, humid kitchen environment.
  • Ability to apply proper sanitary food handling procedures.
  • Good communication skills and ability to relate well with students, staff, and the public.
