Job Description

This role involves overseeing the digital marketing efforts of our company, including online advertising campaigns, social media engagement, and content creation. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to lead a team of professionals to achieve business objectives.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to reach target audiences.
  • Serve as a liaison between departments to ensure seamless execution of marketing plans.
  • Maintain and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success.
  • Supervise a team of 3-4 people, providing guidance and support to help them grow professionally.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute innovative marketing solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on leadership and strategy.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
