Our Facilities

Your Role

As an Agricultural Operations Assistant, you will be responsible for various tasks related to grain movement, sampling, and facility maintenance. This includes:

  • Loading and unloading shipments of grain;
  • Collecting and testing grain samples;
  • Handling and delivering crop input products;
  • Maintaining the facility and ensuring a safe working environment;
  • Providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Experience in general labor, preferably in agriculture or farming;
  • A Class 5 driver's license;
  • The ability to lift heavy materials repeatedly (up to 50 lbs.);
  • An understanding of environments subject to dust and allergens;
  • A willingness to work flexible hours in all weather conditions.

Estimated Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 per year
