Spray Equipment Technician

At Sherwin-Williams, we're passionate about helping our customers achieve their goals. We're seeking a highly skilled Spray Equipment Technician to join our team.
As a key member of our paint store staff, you'll be responsible for supporting sales efforts and providing exceptional customer service to both wholesale and retail customers.
The ideal candidate will have experience with spray equipment repair and maintenance, including hydraulic and warranty repairs, pump rebuilding, and branch tinting and mixing equipment repair.
You'll also be responsible for educating other employees and customers on spray equipment best practices, maintaining inventory of spray parts, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work with a variety of equipment, from airless sprayers to pressure washers, and develop your skills in troubleshooting and repairing complex issues.
We offer a competitive salary of $55,000-$65,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career growth and professional development.
This is a full-time position that requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You must be able to retrieve materials from shelves and floor stacks, lift up to 50 pounds frequently, and up to 70 pounds occasionally.
Preferred qualifications include a valid driver's license, high school diploma or equivalent, and prior experience working in delivery, retail, or customer service roles.
