About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Site Account Manager to join our sales and services team at Metso. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with key decision-makers at the site level, promoting Metso's value-adding offering, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver sales and services solutions
  • Manage and maintain accurate customer data and records
  • Conduct regular business reviews and provide insights to drive business growth

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in managing key accounts within the minerals or metals industry
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales processes
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • High level of computer skills, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
