Great Canadian Entertainment is currently seeking a Busperson for Curve at our River Rock Casino Resort. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the Curve area and providing exceptional customer service within our F&B outlet.

The successful candidate will be responsible for clearing and cleaning tables and/or counters as soon as they are vacated, removing used dishes/glasses/cutlery/linen and paper products, and disposing of them according to outlet operational guidelines. You will also be expected to assist in overall maintenance of F&B areas, including floors, walls, and windows.

Additionally, you will be responsible for minimizing breakage by properly filling bus pans, assisting on restocking and maintaining a clean and tidy stock area, running food, and providing guests with additional items as required. You will also be expected to clean spills as they occur and liaise and communicate effectively with all appropriate operational departments.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have exceptional interpersonal and communications skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks at one time, and the ability to stand for long periods of time. You will also be required to have a Serving It Right certificate and a minimum of 6 months employment with GCE.
