Speech-Language Pathologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Northern Health Authority. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing assessment, diagnosis, and treatment services to children from birth to school age with speech, communication, and related disorders.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct initial and ongoing client assessments to identify communication and related disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address client needs
- Provide education and guidance to clients, families, and caregivers on communication strategies and techniques
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support
- Participate in program planning and evaluation to ensure high-quality services
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a recognized university program
- Registration as a Speech-Language Pathologist with the College of Speech and Hearing Health Professionals of BC
- One year of experience working with clients in an Early Childhood Intervention setting
- Valid BC Driver's license where required
