Job Summary

The Family Caregiver will provide high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities
  • Administer bedside and personal care, ensuring the client's physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene, promoting their dignity and well-being.
  • Feed or assist in feeding, providing a safe and nourishing environment.
  • Launder clothing and household linens, maintaining a clean and comfortable living space.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, ensuring the client's home is safe and healthy.
  • Plan therapeutic diets and menus, taking into account the client's nutritional needs and preferences.
  • Provide companionship, engaging in activities and conversations that promote social interaction and mental stimulation.
  • Provide personal care, assisting with daily living activities such as dressing, grooming, and mobility.
Work Environment

The Family Caregiver will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of our clients.

Requirements
  • Punctuality and reliability are essential in this role.
  • Excellent client focus and interpersonal skills are required to build strong relationships with clients and their families.
  • Judgement and organized approach to care are necessary to ensure the client's safety and well-being.
  • Team player with a patient and honest approach to care.
  • Ability to work 30-40 hours per week, with flexibility to meet the needs of our clients.
