Job Summary:

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating work activities with other departments, establishing work schedules, preparing production reports, and recommending measures to improve productivity and product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure smooth operation
  • Establish work schedules to meet production demands
  • Prepare production reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Recommend measures to enhance productivity and product quality
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of workers
  • Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

Working Conditions:

This is an on-site position, requiring the employee to work at the physical location. Remote work options are not available.

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
