Restaurant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our team at TBC NORTH FOOD SERVICES INC. DBA TIM HORTONS RESTAURANT. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Leadership: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews to assess team members' progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize stock.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to protect employees and customers.
  • Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other essential supplies.
  • Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Team Development: Lead and instruct team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operational Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to achieve business objectives.
