Job Title: Senior Associate, Implementation

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate, Implementation to join our Loss Prevention team at UNIQLO. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing and executing all Loss Prevention initiatives and policies within your assigned location, ensuring the safety of customers and employees, and protecting company assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Implement and execute all Loss Prevention initiatives and policies within your assigned location, in partnership with Store Management and the Area Loss Prevention Manager.
  2. Assist Store Manager and Area Loss Prevention Manager with training of store personnel on Loss Prevention policies, procedures, and initiatives.
  3. Detect and identify shoplifters and safely apprehend subjects or recover merchandise in accordance with Federal and Provincial laws, as well as company and department policy.
  4. Implement loss reduction initiatives in partnership with store teams and Loss Prevention senior management.
  5. Utilize Loss Prevention technology equipment, including CCTV, Access Control, EAS, and exception-based reporting systems, to identify and act on loss and safety issues within assigned location.
  6. Utilize the store RFID Inventory system and provide training to store team members on an ongoing basis.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 5+ years of related experience in Loss Prevention or Asset Protection in a multi-unit capacity.
  2. Full understanding of Canadian federal, provincial, and local laws and regulations regarding apprehensions, safety, and all aspects of Loss Prevention.
  3. Proven ability to interface with law enforcement and legal professionals on both criminal and civil matters.
  4. Experience with Loss Prevention technology and methods, including CCTV, covert surveillance, EAS, Access Control, and Intrusion Detection systems.
  5. Knowledge of inventory management systems and inventory accuracy principles, including familiarity with RFID technology.
  6. Knowledge and familiarity with using MS Office and G-suite.
  7. Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department and company needs.
  8. Must be able to stand/walk for the entire shift and be able to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
  9. Group Insurance (Health & Dental).
  10. Competitive compensation range of $22 - $25 per hour, commensurate with experience.
