Loss Prevention Specialist

Role: Loss Prevention Specialist at Tiffany & Co.
As a Loss Prevention Specialist, you will play a vital role in safeguarding our valuable assets and ensuring the safety of our clients and team members within our esteemed retail environment.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor security personnel to uphold company policies and protect assets effectively.
- Collaborate closely with Security Managers to identify security vulnerabilities and implement strategies to minimize shrink (loss) across all operations.
- Conduct regular inspections of physical security systems, ensuring their optimal functionality and identifying areas for improvement.
- Cultivate positive relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and contributing to a welcoming and secure shopping experience.
Your Qualifications:
Required:
- Valid Security License.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrated ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling clear and effective interaction with colleagues and clients.
- Proficiency in computer systems and relevant software applications.
Preferred:
- Prior experience within a retail or security environment.
- Proven track record of success in loss prevention, customer service, and team leadership.
