Health Careers in Sask is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Meadow Lake Primary Health Care Centre. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring high-quality, safe client care by establishing and maintaining best practices, assessing learning needs, and promoting client and family-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain best practices in client care
- Assess learning needs and develop educational programming
- Promote client and family-centered care
- Participate in committee work and continuous improvement activities
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in diabetes and cardiovascular care
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) degree
- Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS) and Clinical Nursing Association Cardiovascular Nursing Certificate (CCN(C))
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
