In 2017, we revolutionized the North American market by introducing DLT (Dowel Laminated Timber), an all-wood composition product that offers unparalleled structural and cost efficiency, along with acoustic attenuation capabilities. Since then, we've delivered over 3 million sqft of DLT panels across various high-profile projects, including those for Microsoft, Princeton University, Johns Hopkins University, Hines, Howard Hughes, and many more.

As we continue to expand our offerings and presence in the industry, we're establishing the DowelLam brand as a standalone entity, dedicated to showcasing our DLT products and services to the world.

The Role

We're searching for a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team and drive the success of the DowelLam brand. This individual will be responsible for:

  • Managing day-to-day sales and estimating efforts with internal staff
  • Crafting and implementing the DowelLam sales strategy and budget
  • Leading DowelLam estimating personnel, including performance reviews, team-building events, and more
  • Communicating with internal teams and senior management on progress and strategy
  • Promoting DowelLam's presence in the industry and becoming a champion for the brand
  • Establishing a marketing plan, including sector analysis, target audience identification, and customized go-to-market strategies
  • Gathering customer feedback, market trends, and conducting market analysis to inform successful strategies
  • Managing key relationships with industry partners
  • Developing and managing marketing/sales KPIs
  • Overseeing all aspects of the DowelLam BD/Sales/Marketing budget, including forecasting

This role requires a proven track record in sales, preferably in a B2B Professional Service environment, with experience in developing and executing marketing communication strategies and brand development plans. The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for accuracy and data organization.

What We Offer

We're offering a competitive annual salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 CAD, depending on experience, plus opportunities for professional growth and development within our dynamic company culture.
