Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Family Caregiver to join our team. As a Family Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Personal Care: Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Household Management: Maintain a clean and safe living environment, including laundry, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
  • Companionship: Engage in activities that promote social interaction and mental stimulation, such as conversation, reading, and hobbies.
  • Meal Preparation: Prepare nutritious meals that cater to clients' dietary needs and preferences.
  • Light Housekeeping: Perform light housekeeping duties, including cleaning, dusting, and organizing.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Language: English or French.
  • Work Setting: Optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis. Note: This is NOT a condition of employment.
  • Work Term: Temporary.
  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
