Job SummaryWe are seeking a Health Care Aide to join our team at Bethany Sylvan Lake. As a Health Care Aide, you will provide high-quality care to our residents, promoting their independence and dignity. Your responsibilities will include assisting with activities of daily living, documenting care and observations, and contributing to a safe environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide resident-centered care, promoting service excellence and responding to residents' needs.
- Accurately document and report care and observations to the Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Contribute to a safe environment by understanding and adhering to safety guidelines and practices.
- Demonstrate a commitment to teamwork and collaboration with other interdisciplinary team members.
- Grade 10 education and Government of Alberta approved Health Care Aide certificate.
- Previous Health Care Aide experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work effectively in a physically and mentally demanding environment.
- Excellent observation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
