Job Summary:
The Corporate Secretary will play a vital role in supporting the Board of Directors, Committees, senior management, and Shareholder meetings. This includes coordinating and documenting meeting-related materials, preparing minutes, and ensuring proper filing of documents. The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and organize meetings for the Board of Directors and its Committees.
  • Organize Shareholder meetings, including the Annual General Meeting and special meetings with the Shareholder Proxy Committee.
  • Collect, review, proofread, and ensure the accuracy of meeting-related materials for Directors, Committee members, senior management, and advisory guests.
  • Prepare minutes, record decisions, create follow-up action lists, and ensure proper filing of meeting documents.
