Job Title: Roofing Specialist

ECO ROOFING LTD. is seeking a skilled Roofing Specialist to join our team. As a Roofing Specialist, you will be responsible for installing and repairing roofing systems on various types of buildings.

Work Environment

As a Roofing Specialist, you will work at heights, in noisy and dusty environments, and outdoors. You will be required to relocate to various locations, and relocation costs will be covered by the employer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install built-up roofing systems using materials such as asphalt saturated felts and hot asphalt and gravel.
  • Install or replace asphalt shingles, wood shingles and shakes, and masonry or baked clay roofing tiles on sloped roofs of buildings.
  • Install roofing tiles on sloped roofs of buildings.
  • Install single-ply roofing systems using waterproof sheet materials, such as modified plastics, elastomeric, or other asphaltic compositions.
  • Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements.
  • Repair or replace shingles and shakes on sloped roofs of buildings.
  • Repair roofing systems.
  • Supervise other workers.
  • Apply waterproof coatings to concrete or other masonry surfaces below or above ground level.
Requirements
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in roofing.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work at heights, in noisy and dusty environments, and outdoors.
  • Ability to relocate to various locations.
