Job Title: Roofing Specialist

ECO ROOFING LTD. is seeking a skilled Roofing Specialist to join our team. As a Roofing Specialist, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various types of roofing systems, including built-up roofing systems, asphalt shingles, and roofing tiles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install built-up roofing systems using materials such as asphalt saturated felts and hot asphalt and gravel
  • Install or replace asphalt shingles, wood shingles and shakes, and masonry or baked clay roofing tiles on sloped roofs of buildings
  • Install roofing tiles on sloped roofs of buildings
  • Install single-ply roofing system using waterproof sheet materials, such as modified plastics, elastomeric or other asphaltic compositions
  • Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements
  • Repair or replace shingles and shakes on sloped roofs of buildings
  • Repair roofing systems
  • Supervise other workers
  • Apply waterproof coatings to concrete or other masonry surfaces below or above ground level
Requirements:
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in roofing
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work at heights, in noisy and dusty environments, and outdoors
  • Relocation costs covered by employer
Work Environment:

As a Roofing Specialist, you will work in a fast-paced environment with physically demanding tasks, including bending, crouching, kneeling, and handling heavy loads. Overtime may be required, and repetitive tasks are common.
