Job Summary

We're seeking a motivated and customer-focused Keyholder to deliver an exceptional shopping experience to every customer. As a Keyholder, you will report to the Store Manager and be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing the sales floor, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide an amazing shopping experience that encourages positive customer connections and loyalty
  • Perform register functions and use sales, promotions, and product knowledge to drive add-on sales
  • Cover the sales floor and ensure all visual standards are met
  • Responsible for store opening and closing procedures

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

2 years of sales or customer service experience (an asset)Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while creating an amazing customer experienceAbility to work evenings and weekends
