Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct quality control verifications of program-related activities and services to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement quality control plans to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality control observations and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide quality control metrics and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry best practices to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, science, or healthcare.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance roles, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
