Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional massage therapy services to patients, including assessment, treatment, and follow-up care.
  • Work closely with our chiropractors to develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify areas of tension and pain, and develop targeted treatment plans to address these issues.
  • Communicate effectively with patients to understand their needs and preferences, and to provide clear instructions and guidance on self-care and home exercises.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and billing information.
Requirements:
  • Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) certification.
  • Experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in a multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information with discretion.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
