Location: Various locations across the province of Alberta

As a Rehabilitation Manager, you will oversee rehabilitation services in healthcare settings, ensuring high-quality care and compliance with established standards while managing staff and resources effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and support rehabilitation staff, including therapists and aides, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for rehabilitation services, aligning with regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor patient care standards and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Manage budgets, staffing, and resource allocation for rehabilitation programs, promoting efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with healthcare leadership to enhance service delivery and improve patient outcomes.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Experience in rehabilitation services and staff management.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards in rehabilitation.
