Automotive Lot Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

As a Lot Attendant at Oakville Honda, you will be responsible for arranging and organizing vehicles on the lot to maximize space and enhance the overall appearance. You will also conduct routine inspections of vehicles for cleanliness and report any damages or issues to the appropriate personnel.

Additional Duties:

  • Ensure all vehicles are properly labeled with pricing and other required information.
  • Participate in vehicle delivery, washing and gassing the vehicle before scheduled delivery.
  • Participate in dealer trades, or other driving duties.
  • Perform regular lot maintenance tasks, such as sweeping, trash removal, and snow removal during inclement weather.
  • Ability to drive and operate standard transmission vehicles.
  • Aptitude for customer relations.

Requirements:

  • Must be hardworking and organized, and able to work in outdoor conditions year-round.
  • Ability to provide meticulous work.
  • Ability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • One (1) year previous detailing experience.
  • Valid Ontario Driver's License.
  • Clean Driver's Abstract.
