The Role:



We are seeking an Activation Executive to partner with The Water Street Collective (TWSC) and develop the Ryde brand in Canada. This role involves leveraging digital and experiential platforms to enhance our brand's presence and consumer engagement. You will lead and innovate activation efforts, ensuring a cohesive and impactful brand presence both offline and online.

Responsibilities:




  • Plan and execute XM events, in-store activations, and consumer engagement, aligning with brand objectives and deliverables.
  • Optimize retail communication and messaging, building awareness through effective communication frameworks.
  • Design and develop Point of Sale Materials (POSMs) for chilled and ambient placement, ensuring optimal brand visibility and consistency.
  • Create and establish merchandising guidelines, maintaining global brand integrity.
  • Drive consumer engagement across all channels, focusing on trial activations while leveraging digital tools.
  • Identify and develop new channels to maximize market reach and engagement.
  • Help implement digital marketing strategies, utilizing tools like Salesforce Service Cloud, Google Analytics, and CRM.
  • Manage e-commerce platforms, enhancing online sales and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to execute digital marketing initiatives and leverage new technologies.
  • Regularly report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Lead engagement with the Global Team, ensuring Canada's activation implementations align with global objectives.


Requirements:



Our ideal candidate has experience in the consumer-packaged goods (CPG) industry or with Natural Health Products (NHPs). They should have familiarity with market trends, consumer behavior, regulatory standards, and product lifecycle management in these sectors. Additionally, they should possess skills in data analysis, preferably with knowledge of Google Analytics and SQL. Strong problem-solving skills and innovative approaches to overcoming challenges are also essential.
