About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM CAD Manager to join our team at WSP Canada. As a key member of our digital delivery team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our BIM and CAD standards, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement across all projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain BIM and CAD standards in accordance with project delivery requirements.
  • Develop and maintain CAD and model templates, stubs, and titleblocks.
  • Develop and maintain layers, levels, and model worksets, as well as managed workspaces.
  • Conduct training sessions for designers and modellers to ensure they are familiar with standard templates, object and component libraries, titleblocks, and other relevant tools.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in BIM and digital delivery standards development.
  • Degree or diploma in engineering or architecture is an asset.
  • Knowledge of ISO 19650 processes is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Autodesk products, including AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, ACC, and Navisworks.
  • Proficiency in Bentley OpenX products, including OpenRail, OpenRoads, OpenBridge, OpenTunnels, ProjectWise, and iTwin.
