Architectural BIM Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural BIM Designer to join our team at Zeidler Partnership Architects. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating and managing building information models (BIMs) to support the design, construction, and operation of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain accurate and detailed BIMs for architectural projects
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure BIMs are integrated with other design disciplines
  • Contribute to the development of project documentation, including drawings and specifications
  • Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver high-quality results
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in BIM and architecture
Requirements:
  • Degree in Architecture from a recognized post-secondary institution
  • Registration with the Ontario Association of Architects (OAA) or other Canadian architectural association
  • Proven experience in BIM and architecture, with a strong understanding of building design and construction processes
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Revit and CAD software
