We are seeking a dedicated Shift Manager to lead our team in Campbell River, Canada. As a Shift Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensure high-quality service, and lead a team of employees.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise daily operations during your shift, ensuring efficient workflows and high-quality service.
- Train, mentor, and manage team members, providing ongoing feedback and coaching.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that arise, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in management is a plus.
- Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in retail or hospitality.
