We are seeking an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to lead our cleaning team in Campbell River, Canada. In this role, you will oversee cleaning operations, ensuring that all facilities meet cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff and daily activities to ensure high standards of cleanliness and compliance with regulations.
- Inspect areas to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Train new cleaning staff and provide ongoing guidance to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Manage cleaning supplies and inventory to ensure efficient operations.
- Resolve client concerns or complaints regarding cleaning services in a professional and timely manner.
- Previous experience as a cleaning supervisor or in a similar role with a proven track record of success.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights and weekends, as needed.
