About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Truck Drivers Supervisor to join our team at Aacha jee Transport Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our truck drivers and ensuring the smooth execution of our transportation operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise a team of 5-10 truck drivers and provide guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance targets.
  • Operations Management: Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze reports to identify areas for improvement and optimize our operations.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that our drivers are aware of and comply with these regulations.
  • Training and Development: Train or arrange for training to ensure that our drivers have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Materials Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support our operations.
  • Repair and Maintenance: Coordinate repairs and rentals of vehicles and equipment as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility, organized, and a team player.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, and MS Word.
