BCGO is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Certification Director to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our certification process and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Certification Process: Develop and implement a comprehensive certification process that meets the needs of our clients and ensures compliance with relevant regulations.
- Manage Certification Team: Supervise and mentor a team of certification professionals to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Develop and Maintain Certification Programs: Design and implement certification programs that meet the needs of our clients and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Ensure Compliance: Ensure that all certification activities are conducted in accordance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure that certification activities are conducted in a timely and effective manner.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, and a professional certification such as CPA or CA.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in a certification or auditing role, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership or management role.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Language: Bilingualism in French and English is an asset.
