**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tour Director/Program Director to lead our escorted tours. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional experiences to our travelers and ensuring the highest level of quality and service.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Program Management**: Oversee the quality of the entire program and deliver an unforgettable experience to travelers.
  • **Destination Knowledge**: Provide in-depth information about destinations, programs, and schedules.
  • **Traveler Engagement**: Understand traveler expectations and focus on their enjoyment of the trip.
  • **Vendor Management**: Reconfirm services with vendors and maintain a cordial and formal relationship.
  • **Feedback and Communication**: Listen to passenger feedback, take notes, and communicate with the GCT Office.

**What We Offer**
