We are seeking a Program Director (Tour Director) who is passionate about delivering unforgettable experiences on our escorted tours. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience guiding tours in Canada and possess a deep knowledge of the destinations, its people, culture, and traditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the quality of the entire program and deliver an exceptional experience to travelers.
- Provide comprehensive information about the destination, program, and schedule.
- Understand traveler expectations and focus on their enjoyment of the trip.
- Reconfirm services with vendors and maintain a cordial relationship with them.
- Represent Grand Circle and listen to passenger feedback, taking notes and communicating with the office.
What We Offer:
- Salary: Competitive daily rates.
- Gratuity: $6 - $8 per person per day (average group size: 35 pax).
- Excellence Incentive: Additional 35% of your base salary.
