About Us


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salon Manager to join our team at Magicuts. As a Salon Manager, you will be responsible for leading our salon team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business goals.


Key Responsibilities


  • Lead and manage the salon team to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and customer growth
  • Provide coaching and training to team members to improve their skills and performance
  • Manage salon operations, including inventory, supplies, and equipment
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and vendors


Requirements


  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of experience in a salon management role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
