Job Title: Beneficiary Caregiver

About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and empathetic Beneficiary Caregiver to join our team at Cogir Immobilier. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort, well-being, and safety of our residents.

Responsibilities:

- Administer medication in accordance with safety principles and codes of ethics
- Assist and/or accompany residents in getting around
- Report any noticeable changes in a resident's mental or physical health to the on-call nurse
- Contribute to the adjustment of a resident's action plan based on your observations
- Proactively assist and support residents
- Adhere to standards and regulations in accordance with private seniors' home certification and employer policies
- Carry out health and hygienic care to residents while maintaining their dignity and integrity
- Answer call bells
- Respond to all emergency situations

Requirements:

- PDSB training
- Up-to-date CPR/AED training certificates
