- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a supervisory role within the food service industry
- Conditions: Noisy and odorous environment typical of a bustling restaurant
- Develop and implement methods to meet work schedules effectively
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning
- Train team members on job responsibilities, sanitation practices, and safety protocols
- Estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation
- Ensure food quality and service standards are consistently met
- Prepare budget forecasts and cost estimates for food service operations
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste
- Prepare and submit operational reports as required
- Supervise the assembly of food trays to ensure presentation and accuracy
- Establish and manage work schedules for staff
Responsible for supervising a team of 3-10 individuals.
Transportation- Own transportation is preferred, but public transportation options are available.

- Standing for extended periods and walking is necessary
