Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

MR. SUB is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our fast food outlet or concession, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and supervise the activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and hire food service staff as needed.
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns, and prepare and submit reports as required.
  • Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys, and establish work schedules to ensure efficient operations.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Safe Food Handling certificate.
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Client focus, flexibility, and a team player attitude.
