Key Responsibilities- Design and develop software architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and validate product requirements.
- Coach and mentor junior developers, promoting best practices and technical excellence.
- Research and explore new technologies, architecture paradigms, and tools to drive innovation.
- Perform other duties as required to support the success of the team.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in.NET development, with a strong focus on cloud technologies.
- 2+ years of experience in a principal/architect level role, with a proven track record of success.
- Extensive experience in crafting scalable, enterprise-grade, distributed systems.
- Expert-level understanding of SOA, OOD, AOP, design patterns, and programming principles.
- Intimate knowledge of C#, ASP.NET,.NET Core, Entity Framework, and dependency injection frameworks.
- Deep understanding of non-functional requirements such as security, throughput, concurrency, availability, scalability, extensibility, and maintainability.
- Excellent working knowledge of SQL Server, with experience in NoSQL databases a plus.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and fast learning capability.
- Excellent interpersonal and oral/written communications skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Highly focused, creative, industrious, and passionate.
