Job Summary

We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team at AKS Investment Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events. They will also be responsible for recording and preparing minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, as well as determining and establishing office procedures and routines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Fluency in English
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week
