Warehouse Operations Manager

MCM-D'Lusso Construction is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our warehouse, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Implement Operational Plans: Create and execute plans to prioritize tasks, optimize workflows, and improve overall warehouse efficiency.
- Manage Inventory and Supplies: Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of inventory and supplies, ensuring accurate tracking and minimal waste.
- Lead and Train Team Members: Supervise and train a team of 1-2 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties.
- Conduct Performance Reviews: Regularly evaluate team member performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching to improve overall performance.
- Coordinate Maintenance and Repairs: Arrange for regular maintenance and repair work to ensure the warehouse remains in good working condition.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, judgement, reliability, and a team player attitude
