Warehouse Supervisor Job Description

MCM-D'Lusso Construction is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our warehouse, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement plans to prioritize tasks and ensure that all work is completed on time.
  • Organize and coordinate the work of warehouse staff, including assigning tasks and reviewing progress.
  • Oversee the operational logistics of the warehouse, including inventory management and supply chain coordination.
  • Prepare and submit reports on warehouse activities and performance.
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed.
  • Train and develop warehouse staff in their duties and policies.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.
  • Coordinate and review work to ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with staff and management.
  • Judgement and reliability to make decisions and take responsibility for warehouse operations.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to excellence.
