This role requires leadership, creativity, and a customer service attitude. The ideal candidate will be bilingual, sales-oriented, and have knowledge of financial statement analysis and business plan execution. The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary, 3 weeks paid vacation, and a welcoming team environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop a management plan for the Laurence building and ensure its optimal operations. Manage a multidisciplinary team to provide quality maintenance services. Implement strategies to maximize rental performance and work with regional teams to carry out capital works. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Manage the collection of rents and deposits in accordance with established standards.

Requirements
