Job Description: We are looking for a Commercial Growth Specialist who will be responsible for managing sales and relationships with new and existing customers. The ideal candidate will be a lateral thinker, excellent communicator, able to navigate complexity and embrace ambiguity. It is crucial that our Commercial Growth Specialists promote a positive company image through safety, quality, consistency, and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to maximize growth and profit potential
- Become the main commercial contact with customers
- Develop and implement commercial targets and strategies to maximize the growth of the company, while balancing the workload across the facets of our core competencies and overall company objectives
- Meet yearly commercial targets as assigned by the Sr. Director of Sales
- Meet quarterly activity Goals assigned by the Sr. Director of Sales
- Provide and present a weekly sales forecast to the Sr. Director of Sales
- Present proposals to customers and secure orders through selling value
- Manage customer negotiations when applicable
- Build Tri-Mach Group Inc. Brand awareness in the West territory.

Salary: The estimated salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
Requirements:
- A post-secondary education is required
- 3-5 years of consultative sales experience is necessary
- Successful completion of some form of sales training course is preferred
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is essential
- The ability to cold call is a must
- A valid driver's license is required
- Comfortable selling on value and discussing money with customers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in MS Suite of applications
- Able to create professional presentations/proposals and presenting to senior leaders
