Business Operations Coordinator

- The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree and have 1-2 years of experience in a related field. Alternatively, they may have equivalent experience in a different context.
- Key Responsibilities
- Process and distribute incoming mail and other materials in a timely and efficient manner.
- Coordinate appointments and schedule meetings as needed.
- Supervise a team of staff members and provide guidance and support as required.
- Develop and implement effective filing systems to ensure organization and accessibility.
- Prepare and maintain minutes of court sessions, meetings, and conferences.
- Establish and maintain office procedures and routines to promote productivity and efficiency.
- Compose and edit correspondence and legal documents with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Review and proofread documents to ensure compliance with legal procedures and grammatical standards.
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks to maintain accurate financial records.
- Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks and Adobe Acrobat Reader.
