We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at ONTARIO INC.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including planning and controlling budgets, establishing and implementing policies and procedures, recording and preparing minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences, planning and developing recruitment strategies, scheduling and confirming appointments, managing contracts, answering telephone calls and messages, ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory, greeting people and directing them to contacts or service areas, typing and proofreading correspondence, forms and other documents.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • College diploma in a related field (e.g., business administration, human resources)
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
