Job Title: Academic Medical Oncologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Academic Medical Oncologist to join our team at the Princess Margaret Cancer Centre, University Health Network.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in medical oncology and a demonstrated passion for the medical care of cancer patients. They will be responsible for managing patients with solid tumour malignancies and working in collaboration with the clinical genomics and early-phase clinical trials programs within a comprehensive cancer centre setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage patients with solid tumour malignancies
  • Collaborate with clinical genomics and early-phase clinical trials programs
  • Engage in clinical, translational, or basic research
  • Teach at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels
About the Department

The Division of Medical Oncology and Hematology at the Princess Margaret Cancer Centre is the largest comprehensive program of its kind in Canada. We have a strong commitment to excellence in patient care, education, and research.

Requirements
  • Medical Oncology specialist designation
  • Eligibility for a full-time clinical academic appointment at the rank of Assistant Professor or higher
  • Registration with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario
