Job Summary

Lalaji's Indian Cuisine Ltd. is seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless service delivery, maintaining high standards of quality, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Prepare food order summaries for the chef
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
