Job SummaryThe 4th Class Power Engineer is responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining the equipment and building at Stericycle. This role reports directly to the Facility Manager and requires a strong understanding of equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and building systems
- Troubleshoot daily problems on production equipment
- Participate in the improvement and installation of new equipment when required
- Liaise with provincial pressure vessel inspectors
- Complete necessary documentation
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A community college certificate or diploma in 4th Class Power Engineering
- 1+ years of experience in operational and maintenance
- Good knowledge and understanding of forklift, welding, and warehouse operations
