Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Skys The Limit Holdings Inc. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
  • Permanent employment
  • 32 hours per week
  • English as the primary language of work
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment where you will work under pressure with tight deadlines. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
