Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Skys The Limit Holdings Inc.
Job Summary:The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, as well as training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to work under pressure, and maintain high standards of quality control.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Permanent employment
- English as the primary language of work
- 32 hours per week
The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring excellent time management and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
